Jeevandatta Argade of Barshi has been appointed as the In-charge for Eastern Uttar Pradesh (In-charge - Uttar Pradesh East). In the backdrop of the forthcoming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, this appointment is being considered organisationally significant, and he has been entrusted with the responsibility of making the Kisan Congress organisation in Eastern Uttar Pradesh broader and more effective, with the issues of farmers and agricultural labourers at the centre of its activities.
