Hanoi [Vietnam], November 1: Participating in the film 'Karaoke Murder', artist Tieu Bao Quoc had memorable experiences with the night filming schedule. At the age of 64, the male artist also shared about how he maintains his physical fitness and the health effects after working so hard.
In the film "Karaoke Murder Case ," the male artist plays Mr. Chin - one of the suspects involved in the murder of Mrs. Thuy ( played by Van Dung ). Sharing with Thanh Nien newspaper, Tieu Bao Quoc (real name Do Phuoc Hau) said that the filming process presented him with many challenges, having to film through the night, travel in mountainous terrain, and work in harsh weather conditions.
"Detective films, especially those with horror elements, often require many night scenes. Therefore, actors must take advantage of the daytime to rest and maintain their health and mental clarity. The most difficult time is near dawn, when energy is depleted and actors are very prone to making mistakes. At those times, I have to concentrate even more, utilizing meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques to keep my mind alert," he recalled.
At 64, Tieu Bao Quoc still maintains some physical activity to build stamina. The artist says he often walks, jogs, plays badminton, and football. However, he notes that ordinary exercise is different from the physical demands of constantly moving on hilly terrain.
"After strenuous filming days, it can sometimes take a whole week for the crew to recover their strength. The weather changes constantly, and our health fluctuates accordingly, but we still have to try our best to complete the work," the male artist said.
