Hanoi [Vietnam], November 1: Comedian Le Huynh was moved to tears when he witnessed his wife My Linh giving birth in the US. The artist expressed his love and gratitude to his wife, who is 30 years younger than him, for enduring the hardship of childbirth and welcoming a new member to their family after 11 years of marriage.
He burst into tears while watching his wife give birth.
Le Huynh revealed that his wife, actress My Linh, gave birth a few days ago in the US. He couldn't hide his emotions at the moment he witnessed his child's first cry. Sharing about this special moment, Le Huynh explained that in the US, husbands are required to be present during childbirth. This allowed him to witness his wife's labor journey, from her pain to the baby's arrival.
For the male artist, it was a sacred experience that is difficult to fully describe in words. When he heard his child's first cry, he also burst into tears out of emotion. "When the baby cried, I cried too. Tears just welled up, the emotions were indescribable," he confessed.
For the 60-year-old artist, this joy is even more special because he and his wife have been married for 11 years, and had longed for children many times without success. He is grateful to his partner for her efforts in childbirth, and for welcoming their little angel after a long wait. After his wife was discharged from the hospital, Le Huynh took her home to make it easier to care for her. Because the baby was newborn, she cried every 1-2 hours. My Linh took on the responsibility of breastfeeding and comforting the baby, while the artist supported his wife to the best of his ability. According to Le Huynh, life in America is difficult because they don't have many relatives nearby, so he and his wife mostly manage on their own. Occasionally, some acquaintances who live nearby visit and help when they need to take his wife and child to the hospital. Despite the added hardships in their daily lives, Le Huynh says his top priority right now is his wife's health and his child's development.
Le Huynh and his wife currently live in Orange County, California (USA). The artist plans to reopen his family's traditional noodle shop in a market with a large Vietnamese community to maintain the business while continuing to pursue his artistic career. According to Le Huynh, the savings accumulated after many years in the profession, along with a simple lifestyle, have helped his family make ends meet. Therefore, at this time, he wants to focus on the most important things: helping his wife recover her health and caring for their new family member together.
