No longer feeling pressured or having to strain herself to complete challenges, the beauty from Hanoi faced them with a relaxed mindset, knowing how to enjoy herself and express herself in the most appropriate way. She affirmed: "After this journey, I have become a more mature and composed version of myself."

Previously, Phan Phuong Oanh had tried her luck at Miss Vietnam 2022 and had a close relationship with Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy and Nguyen Le Ngoc Hang. Upon returning to the beauty pageant scene, seeing her friends achieve certain positions and careers, the 23-year-old beauty felt no envy; in fact, she saw it as motivation to strive harder.
"After the previous competition, I tried to dedicate time to improving myself. Before that, I was just a 19-year-old girl, participating in a beauty pageant for the first time, so I was still 'inexperienced' and lacked knowledge. When I returned to Miss World Vietnam 2025, I was more thoroughly prepared to fulfill my dream," the beauty queen expressed.
Phan Phuong Oanh's journey to conquer the Miss World Vietnam 2025 title has been supported by her family. The 10X beauty shared that after her previous achievement, she had many opportunities in the arts, such as modeling and teaching catwalk skills to children. In addition, she worked as a tutor and an office worker at a technology company. This period helped Phan Phuong Oanh accumulate funds to return to the beauty pageant arena. However, she added: "I also asked my parents for support to prepare for the competition in a thorough manner."
Phan Phuong Oanh considers herself fortunate to have been born into a loving family, where her parents always strived to provide her with the best living and learning environment. Her father is a businessman, and her mother is a civil servant. She revealed: "I grew up in a home where my parents always showed each other so much love and cared for their children unconditionally. They tried to give me everything they could, so I never felt deprived."
"My parents have always supported all my decisions. Actually, I've been a very independent girl since I was 16, so my thoughts and choices about my path are quite clear. My parents understand that and always stand by me in every decision," Phan Phuong Oanh added. Proof of this is that when she returned to the beauty pageant scene, her family wholeheartedly supported her because "my parents believe that I always strive and persevere in pursuing my dreams to the very end."
Speaking about her current love life, Phan Phuong Oanh revealed that she is not currently in a romantic relationship. This stems from her own choice. The Miss World Vietnam 2025 winner confided: "Right now, I want to prioritize fulfilling my dreams first, which means having a truly brilliant reign. Regarding my ideal partner, I like someone who is filial to their family and is faithful."
